About Us

Skaffarm started off after the owner Eng. Kamil Skaff decided to benefit from the milk that was the result of the milking process from the dairy farm of about 200 cows, and produce quality dairy products to the local market, which was and still is his main purpose, and as a result the dairy factory was established in 2011, and it produces about 850 tons of traditional Lebanese dairy products such as Laban (yogurt), Labneh, as well as Akkawi, Baladi, Halloumi and many other Lebanese cheeses. Alongside the Lebanese cheeses, new foreign-like cheeses are being added to our dairy products’ family such as Feta and Gouda, made the Skaffarm way.
